How to Sign Up


To sign up for an account in Agisoft Cloud:

  1. Open https://account.agisoft.com/register,
  2. Fill in your personal information and credentials,
  3. Make sure that you've read and agree with our terms of service,
  4. Click on the Sign Up button.


 


Check your inbox for an email with Registration confirmation subject from noreply@cloud.agisoft.com, open it and click on the Activate my account button. 


How to manage plan and resources


To access your account dashboard open https://account.agisoft.com/ in a preferred web browser and sign in with your credentials.


On the Home page you can see the information about:


  • Current plan - defines terms of service and initial resources availability.
  • Storage -  an in service resource that is required to upload, generate and store data in the cloud. 
  • Processing Hours - an in service resource that is only required to perform photogrammetry processing in the cloud. 
  • Hardware configuration - a configuration of computing nodes that are used for the photogrammetry processing in the cloud.

What takes up storage space?


All data that is uploaded into the cloud, generated in the cloud or created in the cloud by you takes up storage space.


Upload project

When you upload the project into the cloud all data related to it including: .psx file, project files directory, project related images; is uploaded into the cloud and takes up space on your cloud storage.


Process project

When you process the project in the cloud a new data (processing results) is being generated and stored in project files directory, this data takes up space on your cloud storage. In addition after each processing a processing reports and log a being generated and take up space on your cloud storage


Publish project

When you publish the project a copy of each processing result in a web optimized format is being generated,  this data takes up space on your cloud storage.


Upload dataset

When you upload a geospatial dataset into the project, it source file takes up storage space, moreover a copy of a source file in a web optimized format is being generated, this data takes up space on your cloud storage.


Create & edit dataset (vector layer)

Vector layers that a created via web viewer take up storage space as well as other datasets, but unlike the other datasets only source file of a vector layer is being stored in the cloud.


What takes up processing time?


Processing time is only required for performing photogrammetry processing in the cloud and is being charged per minute of computing nodes operating. Time that is spent for data transferring and other operations is not taken into account when charging.


Non-Commercial Plan


Non-Commercial Plan is only intended for trial and educational usage and strictly prohibits usage of the service for commercial purposes.


By default new users start operating under free of charge Non-Commercial Plan terms of service that offers limited storage space and limited processing hours package renewing each calendar month. 


Upgrade of storage space capacity or purchase of processing hours packages in addition to the provided free as a free tier is not available. 


At any time you can subscribe to the Commercial Plan and select sufficient storage space option and in case of need to perform photogrammetry processing in the cloud - a suitable processing time package.


Subscribe to Commercial Plan

To subscribe to Commercial Plan:

  1. Click on the Switch to Commercial Plan button at the top block of the page
  2. In case you have not filled in your personal information yet a pop-up appears:
    1. In a pop-up fill in you Country, Region, City, Postal code and billing address and click on the Proceed button
  3. On the next page select a storage space option that is sufficient for your needs
  4. Optionally, in case you plan to use the service to perform photogrammetry processing in the cloud - select desired package of processing hours
  5. Click on the Proceed button
  6. In a payment pop-up select the preferred payment option and make a payment




Commercial Plan


Commercial Plan is intended for any type of usage, including usage for commercial purposes, that is allowed according to the terms of service .


In case you need to use the service for commercial purposes, you have to subscribe to paid Commercial Plan terms of service, that is offered on a monthly subscription basis with cloud processing service paid separately on a pay-per-use basis.


Upgrade storage capacity

To upgrade storage capacity:

  1. Click on the Upgrade button in a storage space information block
  2. On the next page select a desired option of storage space
  3. Click on the Proceed button
  4. In a payment pop-up select the preferred payment option and make a payment




Purchase processing time packages

To purchase a processing hours package:

  1. Click on the Buy more button in a processing hours information block 
  2. On the next page select a desired  processing hours package
  3. Click on the Proceed button
  4. In a payment pop-up select the preferred payment option and make a payment




Downgrade storage capacity

To downgrade storage capacity:

  1. Click on the Manage next to Commercial Plan indicator at the top of the page
  2. On the next page select a desired option of storage space
  3. Click on the Downgrade button


Unsubscribe from Commercial Plan

To unsubscribe from Commercial Plan:

  1. Click on the Manage next to Commercial Plan indicator at the top of the page
  2. At the bottom of the page click on the Unsubscribe from Commercial Plan button
  3. In the pop-up appeared approve your solution by clicking on the Unsubscribe button


 



How to access invoices


On the Invoices page, you can access the invoices issued when making purchases in the service. Each invoice indicates the date of issue, the type of purchase of resources and its current status.


To access the invoice click on its context menu next to the status icon and click on the Open in new tab button. 



How to change personal info & preferences


On the Personal info & Settings page you can edit your personal information, configure e-mail notifications preferences and access the payment details.


To change your profile information or billing address, input new values into the corresponding fields and click on the Save changes button.


To change email notification preferences, opt-out unwanted types of notifications and click on the Save changes button.



How to manage security settings


On the Security page you can change your password.


To change your password:

  1. Enter your current password into the Current password field 
  2. Enter new password into the New password field
  3. Click on the Save changes button.
