How to Sign Up
To sign up for an account in Agisoft Cloud:
- Open https://account.agisoft.com/register,
- Fill in your personal information and credentials,
- Make sure that you've read and agree with our terms of service,
- Click on the Sign Up button.
Please note that after signing up for an account it is impossible to change the email address associated with it.
Check your inbox for an email with Registration confirmation subject from noreply@cloud.agisoft.com, open it and click on the Activate my account button.
How to manage plan and billing
Plan and billing management is available at https://cloud.agisoft.com/.
On the main page you can see the information about:
- Current plan - defines terms of service and initial resources availability.
- Storage - an in service resource that is required to upload, generate and store data in the cloud.
- Processing Hours - an in service resource that is only required to perform photogrammetry processing in the cloud.

Free Plan
Free Plan is only intended for trial and educational usage and strictly prohibits usage of the service for commercial purposes.
By default new users start operating under free of charge Free Plan terms of service that offers limited storage space and limited compute time package renewing each calendar month.
Upgrade of storage space capacity or purchase of compute time packages in addition to the provided free as a free tier is not available.
At any time you can subscribe to the Commercial Plan and select sufficient storage space option and in case of need to perform photogrammetry processing in the cloud - a suitable compute time package.
Commercial Plan
Commercial Plan is intended for any type of usage, including usage for commercial purposes, that is allowed according to the terms of service .
In case you need to use the service for commercial purposes, you have to subscribe to paid Commercial Plan terms of service, that is offered on a monthly subscription basis with cloud processing service paid separately on a pay-per-use basis.
Subscribe to Commercial Plan
To subscribe to Commercial Plan:
1. Click on the Change button next to the plan name in the bottom left corner of the window.

2. Review plans conditions and click on the Upgrade button to continue.
In case you have not filled in your personal information, fill in you Country, Region, City, Postal code and Billing address and click on the Proceed button in a pop-up.

3. Select the storage space option that is sufficient for you needs and subscription period.
If you plan to use cloud processing service. click on the Add+ button and select the processing time package suitable for your needs.

4. Review selected options, select preferred and click on the Proceed button.

5. Select preferred payment method and follow the instructions to complete the payment.

If you opt-in "Securely save payment details for future use" option, subscription fees will be charged automatically until you cancel your subscription.
If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please deselect the "Securely save payment details for future use" option to enable the wire transfer payment method.
Manage payment details
To manage saved payment details:
- Open the Billing page
- Scroll the page down to the Payment section and click on the Manage payments button
- On your personal page on the FastSpring platform click on the Account Details and Payment Methods tab
- On the Account Details and Payment Methods page click on the Manage button
- Proceed according to the instructions provided in the user interfaces


Manually renew subscription
To manually renew the subscription:
- Open the Billing page
- Scroll the page down to the Payment section and click on the Manage payments button
- On your personal page on the FastSpring platform click on the Subscriptions tab
- On the Subscriptions page click on the Pay now button
- Select the preferred payment methods and proceed according to the instructions on the page.
Please note that if you pay via the wire transfer, in order for us to process your payment correctly, you must include the payment reference code (marked in red on the invoice). Without this reference code, FastSpring will not be able to associate the payment with your specific order, we will not receive the payment and the system will not activate the purchase. We strongly recommend double-checking that you’ve included the reference code when making the payment.
Upgrade storage capacity
To upgrade storage capacity:
1. Click on the Configure button next to the Storage label in the bottom left corner of the window.

2. Select storage space option you are interested in and click the Proceed button.

3. Select preferred payment method and follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Purchase compute time packages
To purchase a compute time package:
1. Click on the Buy button next to the Processing label in the bottom left corner of the window.
2. Select compute time package you are interested in and click the Proceed button.

3. Select preferred payment method and follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Downgrade storage capacity
To downgrade storage capacity:
1. Click on the Configure button next to the Storage label in the bottom left corner of the window.

2. Select storage space option you are interested in and click the Schedule subscription downgrade button.

Unsubscribe from Commercial Plan
To unsubscribe from Commercial Plan:
1. Click on the Change button next to the plan name in the bottom left corner of the window.

2. Click on the Schedule downgrade button to continue.

3. Review plan downgrading conditions and click on the Downgrade button.

How to access invoices
On the Invoices page, you can access the invoices issued when making purchases in the service.
To access the invoice click on its context menu next to the status icon and click on the Open in new tab button.

How to change personal information and password
Manage personal information
To change your profile information open your account, switch to Personal info page, input new values into the corresponding fields and click on the Save button.

Manage password
To change your password open your account, switch to Authentication page, and click on the Update button. Once clicked follow
