If you use the Stealth3DMouse controller, you may need to install a virtual COM port to enable this type of controller selection in the Metashape Navigation preferences tab.
Check the USB Serial Comport in the Ports section of the Device Manager dialog:
After that, please go to the Preferences > Port Settings tab, then click on the Advanced tab. In the Advanced Settings dialog switch the COM port number to "COM3".
After that restart the computer - in Metashape dialog you should be able to select COM3 then for the Stealth3DMouse device.
